The World Economic Forum (WEF) and associated organisations speak openly about what they expect from HUMAN BEHAVIOUR and how they will influence it in the new Smart Cities and communities.

The World Economic Forum admits in their Future Focus 2025 paper that their strategy is in developing 'effective narratives'. They discuss how to control people's thinking and perceptions by being "intentional about the language, format and timing of communications.

Use of behavioural science mechanisms, such as MINDSPACE (messenger, incentives, norms, defaults, salience, priming, affect, commitment and ego), can help the narrative find greater traction.

For example, sensory tools, such as art, gaming or virtual reality, can fill gaps and make threats “feel” real."

This is evident within the promotional language of the Smart City narratives.

They use censorship to ‘protect’ against disinformation, whereas really this is propaganda. In the above WEF Future Focus 2025 paper, they say, "Greater regulation of social networks and protection against false information could help take the onus off individuals to filter out misinformation or disinformation, and place the responsibility on the government or businesses overseeing these networks".

This means that you are not encouraged to think for yourself, or exercise self-discernment or determination. Like many programs brought to us in the past, tyranny comes under the disguise of expert rule and benevolent dictatorship.

Effective narratives = convincing brainwashing

The Rockefeller Foundation, for example, has recently launched multiple grants, costing in the tens of millions of dollars, to create information campaigns that convince people via specific wording and messaging to do what they are told (i.e., take more vaccines, tow the line on climate change measures, etc).

"The funding will support the design and evaluation of interventions, tools, and methods to build trust... and counter inaccurate information, and research to understand how inaccurate information impacts online and offline behaviours, the true cost of mis- and disinformation on health and economic outcomes, and what strategies might be most effective to counter and manage inaccurate and harmful information".

If the message needs millions of dollars to convince people, then perhaps the message isn't entirely truthful, or in your best interests. The Centre for Public impact describes itself as a “leading think tank working to make government more effective.” In the wake of the MindSpace document and its new approach to powerful and “cost-effective” behaviour modification, the Behavioural Insights Team was established as a new psychological warfare node across the Five Eyes countries, i.e. Australia, Canada, the USA, New Zealand, and Great Britain.
