In 2020, in a news article published by the Daily Mail, Attorney-General Christian Porter revealed that “39% of those found guilty of child-sex offences, did not spend a day in jail".

Sadly, as you can see in the above video, grossly inadequate sentences are STILL being handed down to offenders of this vile crime against children.

Why is this happening? Is there a paedophile protection racket in Australia?

  • A man who raped his own brother and later went on to become a priest.

Is there a paedophile protection racket in Australia?

Journalist Shane Dowling, who specialises in investigating judicial and government corruption, who runs The Kangaroo Court Of Australia website, has published a book examining this very legitimate question. In this book he speaks of his own experiences and names quite a few known and suspected paedophile judges, registrars and magistrates. Shane Dowling gives more examples of Judges giving paedophiles inadequate punishments

"Convicted paedophile, Robert Crick, who sexually abused his 5-year-old grandson, has avoided jail after three Court of Appeal judges in the Supreme Court of NSW felt sorry for him because of his claimed health issues and they were worried he might catch the Coronavirus in jail."

"Robert Crick’s lawyers claimed his age and his health issues meant he was more at risk of catching the Coronavirus and because of that he should not be jailed.” - Shane Dowling  Read more.

"I have seen some scandalous and corrupt judgements but I can’t remember any worse than paedophile catholic priest Father Robert Flaherty being sentenced in August 2016 to a non-parole period of 3 months jail, for abusing and raping 3 boys. It is plainly obvious that the judges involved need to be investigated themselves."

"Judge John North gave a confessed paedophile who abused two young girls a suspended sentence and then protected his identity with a suppression order in November 2017. Both Justice North and the paedophile have lived in Dubbo for many years and I understand are friends.” - Shane Dowling Read more
