Carbon Dioxide reduction – The Climate Change Bill does not say what effect it will have on global temperatures, because this is not based on science and data. The science and data don't exist, and there is no accountability.
According to Malcolm Roberts in this interview with Alan Jones, the fundamental basis for any policy or legislation must be to SHOW the quantified, specific effect of carbon dioxide on temperatures, rainfall, snowfall, droughts, floods or storms, caused by human activity.
This has never been done, which means they can not come up with any estimate of what will happen as a result of cutting carbon emissions.

Take off the blinkers on Climate Change
According to Nils-Axel Morner (a former head of the Paleo-Geophysics and Geodynamics Department in Stockholm, and world authority on sea levels), a new solar-driven cooling period for the Earth is ‘not far off’.
The amount of carbon dioxide in the air is about 0.04%, the remaining elements being about 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, with orgone and other elements making up the rest.
The Statistics
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) says:
- Of this 0.04% carbon dioxide production, nature produces 97% and humans produce 3%.
- Of that 3% of the 0.04%, in carrying out human activities such as transport, industry, agriculture, mining, etc, we produce 1.3% to 1.5%.
Do please read those bullet points again! What could be the motivation behind this urge to reduce carbon emissions in light of such statistics given by the IPCC itself?
Nils-Axel Morner says the IPCC is misleading humanity about climate change and sea levels.
The IPCC ignored Mr Morner’s accusations, and he resigned in disgust and decided to blow the whistle. He says sea levels around Australia are NOT rising, and have been stable for the last 60 to 70 years.
The IPCC state that changes in climate and sea levels are due to human emissions of carbon dioxide. Morner says the changes are due to solar activity, not carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is essential for plants, and we inhale it. When Mr Morner tried to warn colleagues in the IPCC about the totally incorrect data, they also ignored him.
