Julian Gillespie, Barrister, has accused the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) of wrongdoing while in public office, and says this puts them in a vulnerable legal position if doctors are threatened or sued due to vaccine-injured patients dying or suffering permanent adverse effects.

A “monstrous bureaucracy” in Canberra that rules over all Australian health professionals including doctors, dentists, nurses, physiotherapists, paramedics, osteopaths, and pharmacists.
The public offices of AHPRA and National Boards were responsible for the creation and publication of the 9 March 2021 Position Statement which was sent out to all medical practitioners. AHPRA are now legally exposed and can be sued in their personal capacity for coercing doctors to administer the experimental gene-based therapies to their patients. See PDF Position Statement here.
Any promotion of anti-vaccination statements or health advice which contradicts the best available scientific evidence or seeks to actively undermine the national immunisation campaign (including via social media) is not supported by National Boards and may be in breach of the codes of conduct and subject to investigation and possible regulatory action.

Having administered the COVID-19 injections, these doctors have no immunity from government at all. The doctors did not give informed consent to patients under their Code of Conduct. They will be held personally and professionally liable to actions for medical negligence from their patients due to death or severe injury as a result of receiving the injection. According to Mr Gillespie, medical practitioners will however be able to sue the public offices of AHPRA and the National Boards for coercing and threatening them to ignore their codes of conduct.
